What the status labels mean

Concept: An idea, or an application that exists but is not offered here.
Private pilot: In use with invited partners. Access is by invitation.
Public preview: Open to try, still changing.
Available: Offered on stated terms.

Every label carries the date it was set. A project's label changes only when what it says has become true.
