What you can ask for
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also complain about how we have handled it, or ask anything else you see in our Privacy page. The Cookies page covers browser-side storage, which you can clear yourself at any time.
What happens next
We answer privacy requests within 30 days. To protect your information we may ask reasonable questions to confirm your identity before showing or changing records. Access and correction requests are free of charge.
If you are not satisfied
If a complaint is not resolved with us, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner through its privacy complaints process . The OAIC expects you to try with us first, which is exactly what this page is for.
